We believe individuals that have influence in their community can make a positive impact to stop violence.  We train these individuals and equip them to invade urban culture to disrupt toxic elements.  We disrupt with intrusive alternative life experiences and opportunities that transform values and ideas.  When individuals are inspired and empowered, they will begin to institute positive beliefs and behaviors.  By transforming ideas, values, attitudes, morals, and behaviors, individuals can put an end to victimhood and take control over their own lives, neighborhoods and to end the cycle of violence and poverty.
